10wim Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering with, or using any service provided by 10wim (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the 10wim Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 10wim.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 10wim Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

The 10wim Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account with 10wim, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. 10wim strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. If it is discovered that a user is under 18, or that false age information was provided at registration, 10wim will immediately suspend and close the account, void all bets and wagers placed, and withhold any funds pending investigation.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 10wim Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 10wim makes no representation that its services are legal in any specific country, territory, or region. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use 10wim. 2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 10wim Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, by the same individual, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in some circumstances, account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wim login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your 10wim account at the time of transaction. 10wim reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or terms violation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or interrupted, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as described in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.

5.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All RNG casino games offered by 10wim use certified random number generators. Live dealer games use real physical equipment streamed via video. The results of all casino games are final once the round is complete. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player.

• Using the account of another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that violates applicable laws or regulations
